Hello!
I’m Alexis Brunstedt, a creative at heart and a life and business coach driven by the transformative power of purpose. I serve as a Wildflower Guide—helping others grow through the unexpected, root deeper in truth, and reclaim their direction in life and work.

My path here has been anything but conventional. Like a wildflower growing between cracks and cliffsides, my story is one of resilience, beauty, and becoming—shaped by trials, triumphs, and the long arc of self-discovery.

For years, I was a seeker—drifting, searching for clarity and meaning. After earning my degree, I set out to explore the world, hoping that immersing myself in different cultures might unlock the answers I couldn’t yet find within. I taught English in India, ventured deep into the Ecuadorian Amazon to learn from the land, and worked in a German castle for an aristocratic family. Each chapter offered perspective, but I remained restless, convinced that my purpose was just around the next corner.

Then life delivered a series of lessons I couldn’t outrun: the soaring heights of love, the devastation of loss, and the soul-stretching beauty of placing my daughter in an open adoption. That moment—a mix of profound love and grief—broke me open. I even Googled “the happiest place in the world to live” and followed that search all the way to Hangzhou, China… but no amount of external change could quiet the ache within.

My healing began not with more striving—but with softening. I turned inward. I faced my perfectionism, redefined my worth beyond roles or productivity, and allowed self-compassion to take root. That inner transformation led me to coaching—not just as a career, but as a calling.

Today, I guide others in the same way I needed to be guided—not with maps or formulas, but with presence, intuition, and care. As a Wildflower Guide, I help clients turn their “stuck” seasons into new soil. Together, we unearth their core values, reclaim direction, and grow something meaningful—even in messy or uncertain terrain.

Now grounded back in Prescott, AZ, I’m rooted near my family and my birth daughter, Joslyn, with whom I share a cherished, evolving relationship. I live sober, present, and full of gratitude for every twist in the path. My life is no longer defined by searching—but by thriving—and helping others do the same.
