Are you living a life with intention, but are weary & maxed out? Maybe you're feeling overwhelmed and stuck. I have been there too, and it doesn't have to be that way.

The path towards a renewed life is hard. It’s challenging. And oh so worth it! After decades of being consumed with what others want (and basing my worth and value on that), I felt empty no matter how much I filled my calendar or to do list. I was battling the need for perfectionism. My identity was rooted in my achievements and what I did (or didn't do.. where I fell short). It's what I felt mattered most.

I realized that this was no way to live, and recognized that I could choose to focus on what has true value, learn to embrace self-compassion as a way to freedom and let go of the rest.

For me, a new life has (so far!) looked like going to grad school, sobriety, an adoption, a renewed faith and moving to live by the ocean, with many leaps of faith along the way. I am taking bold steps in my own journey so that I can better be of service to others and would love to link arms with you so that you can experience a lifegiving transformation, too.

Professional Background:

Alexis is currently working towards her Master's in Executive Coaching & Consulting at the John Townsend Institute at Concordia University and will graduate August 2024. She started her coaching career as a Buffini Certified Coach through Buffini and Company in Carlsbad, California. Additionally, she holds certifications as an Options Counselor through All-Options Pregnancy Workshop, a 200 hour Holy Yoga Instructor certification  through Yoga Alliance International and received her certification as a Transformational Birth Support Coach through The Birth Coach Method. She holds a BA in English Literature from Arizona State University and Trinity Western University in British Columbia, with studies abroad in London and in the Ecuadorian Amazon. She has worked overseas, Teaching English in India and China and Germany.
