Hello!
I’m Alexis Brunstedt, a creative at heart and a life and business coach driven by the transformative power of purpose. My path here has been anything but conventional, weaving through trials, triumphs, and self-discovery that now inform how I serve my clients.
For years, I was a seeker—drifting, searching for clarity and meaning. After earning my degree, I set out to explore the world, hoping that immersing myself in different cultures might unlock answers I couldn’t yet find within. I taught English in India, ventured deep into the Ecuadorian Amazon to learn from the land, and worked in a German castle for an aristocratic family. Each chapter offered incredible perspectives, but I remained restless, convinced that my purpose was just around the next corner.
Life then threw me challenges that changed everything. I experienced the soaring heights of love, the devastation of loss, and the heart-wrenching beauty of placing my daughter in an open adoption. That moment—a blend of profound love and grief—broke me open in ways I couldn’t have anticipated. I searched desperately for a way forward, even Googling “the happiest place in the world to live.” My search led me to Hangzhou, China, but no amount of geographical distance could fill the void within.
It was only when I stopped looking outward and turned inward that my transformation began. I confronted my struggles with perfectionism, redefined my self-worth beyond societal standards, and embraced the value of self-compassion. In this journey of intentional living, I discovered coaching—a practice that not only resonated deeply with my own growth but illuminated my calling.
Coaching, for me, is about creating a safe, empowering space for others to uncover their strengths and transform uncertainty into momentum. It’s not about giving answers but guiding individuals to trust their intuition and see their potential. I knew I’d found my purpose when I saw how this work could turn pain into power and searching into fulfillment—not just for me but for those I work with.
Today, I am grounded in Prescott, AZ, close to my roots and family, including my birth daughter, Joslyn, with whom I share a cherished relationship. I live sober, with a renewed faith and gratitude for every step of my journey. My life is no longer defined by searching but by thriving—and helping others do the same.
